Tim makes it happen!
I found Tim through (this) cool website and he changed our life. On that first phone call with him, we knew that we had found the perfect person to help us. He was the only realtor to really take the time to listen and then he answered all of our questions to make us feel at ease. He set up a web portal just for us that showed all of the listings within our price range in the cities in which we were interested. Everytime there was a new or changed listing, I would be notified by email and we could take a look at it. It was great! It finally felt like everything was falling into place. We talked to Tim almost every day during our search. He was always friendly and patient with our questions and concerns. Our quest started with land (his specialty), but we found a place that was perfect for us... 2 ½ beautiful acres that already had a house that we could afford! After we found our home, Tim was there every step of the way until we closed escrow and beyond.
We love our new home and we are very happy in Valley Center. Thank you Tim for making it happen!

"Tim is my hero!" John and I looked forever to get into a piece of property that John could build us a home on. We finally found Tim and the property with an avocado grove and incredible view. We have lived here for nearly 2 years while getting the easements and a very long (14 month) escrow behind us. Tim finally pulled it off and we have our dream nearly finished. After living 2 years with three little ones and a missing (hardworking) husband we have dreams of Christmas in our new home. We litterally could not have done it without Tim Jeffries and his knowledge, persistance, and cheerful attitude. I can't wait to move in and get out of this little trailer we have set up on the property!

Tim was an acquaintance through a mutual old friend when I told him I needed to sell my Oceanside home in order to move up here to Valley Center. He accomplished it in good time and I found a place on 5+ acres that he will soon be helping me to split half of it off so that I can pay for a new addition on this (soon to be more) comfortable home he found for me. Tim explained when I started this endeavor that there is nothing more harrowing than selling a home and buying another at the same time. Well, he carried the torch through the whole thing and saw to every detail so that I would not drive myself (and him) nuts through the process. He did a great job! I first met Tim when he came to see our house off Miller Road in 1998. We were attempting to sell our home "by Owner". We decided to give him a try as he impressed us with his candor and knowledge of the business, even though we had sold our homes before without help.
He finessed through a touchy deal and we purchased a lot from him to build upon.
After a couple of years we gave up our dream and parted our marriage, then listed the lot with him. We did fine on the sale and became great friend on the process. Tim really knows what he is doing, communcates well, and stays in touch in the process!
